The above quotes do not include any dismantling (Carpenter Work) and fittings of electrical, electronic appliances. Those charges would be extra and to be decided between the vendor and the customer.
Mathadi (Union Labour & related) charges have to be paid by the client and is not included in the quotation(Mumbai/Pune /Kerala and others if applicable).
Pioneer Movers and Packers acts only as a connection medium between the customer. All agreements, damage claims that arise through this service are between the customer. Hence Pioneer Movers and Packers recommends Insurance of Freight. The customer should approach for Insurance copy(if any) at the starting point.
Price of the quotation is subjected to various factors and hence a slot is booked in advance. Price of the quotation might change if movement date/inventory/distance is changed after confirmation of payment. A revised quotation will be offered as per the change in price if necessary.
Full payment/ Part-Payment of balance amount is with sole discretion of Pioneer Movers and Packers.
AC Mantle and Dismantle Charges are only service charges and materials has to be purchased separately which is not inclusive of the quote. Arranging does not include pipes, gas filling, extra wire, fittings associated etc. These charges have to be borne by customer.
Carton Box's - The size of the carton box will be 1.5 feet * 1.5 feet * 2 feet.
Due to Unforeseen circumstances if the movement is not executed, then the liability will be only to the token amount paid by the customer.
Unloading and Unpacking is not available in Kerala.
If customer cancels the movement after the vendor reaches pickup location, full charges will be borne by the customer.

The packing materials are the property of the vendor and will be taken back on the same day of unloading, otherwise, rent will be charged as per the policy.

100% Advance payment require for all Movement . If Opted for Direct load max to max 2000 can be considered as Topay Amount.
